Job Description
Great opportunity for an experienced E Commerce Specialist to join an International Company, taking responsibiltiy for transactional website functionality from a Commercial rather than technical perspective.
The successful job holder will be responsible for developing e commerce initiatives and for a variety of project work. This will involve monitoring website user performance, reporting metrics, identifying and resolving any website operational issues, briefing on technical issues, liaising with International Manageers regarding web content and any training needs, taking responsibility for core website content and potential improvements and acting as the key liaison point between the technical and commercial teams.
We are looking for a candidate with sound E Commerce experience, including evidence of having improved website functionality and design. Although we are not looking for a technical candidate, you will have experience of using content management tools. Numerate and analytical, you will have interpersonal credibility in liaising at senior level, with your friendly and professional manner. International Company experience and transactional website experience could also be advantageous.
