Job Description
We are looking for a candidate with a Helpdesk or Engineering background with technical products such as CCTV, Access Control or Intruder detection, to complement a customer support team in this friendly and professional Company.
The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for handling a range of support calls, answering and resolving queries relating to a range of technical products. You will also get involved with the compilation of quotes, and assist at exhibitions and with customer demonstrations at the office.
You may come from a helpdesk or engineering background and
as well as having experience in one of the product areas listed above, you will need an electronics or electrical qualification. Your CV must also list some fault-finding experience in areas such as installation or low voltage analogue signal transmission problems.
