Our Client who are a 5 star and well respected establishment in Ascot are seeking a Restaurant Manager:
The position is running our clients Brassiere style outlet and the restaurant offers a two rosette a la carte menu in the evenings and a comprehensive buffet for breakfast and lunch.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall efficiency and profitability of i.e. whilst maintaining its ethos and reputation for delivering exceptional service through your team. A key relationship for this position is with the Head Chef of The restaurant, with who you will ensure that the food and service delivery is in keeping with that of the highest of standards.
The ideal candidate will have Restaurant Management experience within a 5 star or high end establishment. Our client is looking for an individual with Passion, Drive, Personality to really engage the team and customers.
This role has the opportunity to really make this role your own, you will have good autonomy in the role and be trusted to drive the business forward the best way you know how.
