Job Description
Senior Business Analyst required by this Large Financial Services Company based in Swindon. The BA will be working as part of the Group Functions and Regulatory Change Programme team.
High level objective, aims and benefits of project
By December 2010, to have capability to deliver a single customer view (SCV) file containing records of FSCS eligible claimants within 72 hours of request, or insolvent event, including balance, accrued interest and customer details.
To produce a test SCV file of 10,000 records and send to FSCS by 31 January 2011.
Statement of Work
The methodical investigation, analysis and documentation of business requirements.
The creation of accurate, viable and complete specifications.
Liaison with key stakeholderss in the design and development of business requirements and solutions.
Workstream Management may be required.
Facilitation and minute taking.
Subject Matter Knowledge
Experience of working on regulatory change within FS industry
Experience of developing data solutions
Required Skills/Qualifications
Need to have a payments background, within financial services
Understanding how flight payments work
Workstream management exp not required for this role
Work well under pressure, logical and structured approach
Relevant professional qualification in Business Analysis
