Job Description - Construction Recruitment Consultant
*Construction Recruitment Consultant role
* Interviewing relevant candidates then matching and selling to set up interviews
* Dealing with the entire sales process
* Identifying suitable candidates
* Cold calling to identify new clients
* Managing their existing clients to ensure repeat business
Experience - Construction Recruitment Consultant
*Recruitment experience selling into any industry
* A proven track record in new business sales and account management
* Proactive and keen to succeed
* An understanding of a structured sales process
* Target and Results driven
* A team player
Package - Construction Recruitment Consultant
*Basic salary £20-23k
* OTE £30-35k (year one)
* OTE increasing year on year
* Good holiday allowance.
