Our client, a leading tour operator, is seeking a Reward Consultant on a temporary basis for 3 weeks to join their team based in Swindon.
The purpose of the role is to review the current reward scheme, pull together data, generate ideas, make recommendations and work with the General Manager on change consultation and implement new terms and conditions to be in place in April.
You will need to meet key stakeholders and quickly understand the business requirements, collate and manipulate data and consider the options and implications for proposed changes to the individual management and the business.You will need to make recommendations to senior management and work with the HR Advisor to ensure best practice on change management. Designing how the scheme will be delivered, timelines involved, terms and conditions and internal communications all form part of the role.
CIPD qualified with previous experience in a generalist HR role, the successful candidate should ideally have a call centre commission design background with a proven track record in quickly designing sales incentives. Highly numerate with advanced excel skills and attention to detail, you should be able to engage with staff at all levels. A background in the travel industry is desirable.
