A specialist IP/Commercial Solicitor is required to join the Uxbridge office of a leading regional firm. Joining the firm's Commercial Services group, the candidate will have a client focused and business minded approach. Candidates will thrive on developing their expertise in transactions acting for major clients and fostering relationships with these clients. Within this role, the candidate will hone and enhance their pre-existing skills, whilst also developing new skills in pursuit of continuous improvement and will further develop existing client development and relationship skills to make an indelible mark on the market. It is expected that candidates will have a track record of academic excellence and at least five years PQE gained in a renowned regional or city firm. The firm also expects lawyers at all levels to be client facing and participate actively in marketing activities. A thorough, professional, commercial approach to all work is a given.
