Job Description
Hamilton Parker International is the IT and Technology recruitment brand of the Aquila Consulting Group. Based in hi-spec offices in Bracknell, we are entering a phase of considered and planned growth. We are a financially secure and well-resourced professional recruitment business, supported by a serial recruitment entrepreneur and a talented senior management team who lead from the front.
We have two immediate opportunities for experienced IT contract recruiters to join us. We have an open mind as to which sectors you recruit in, but ERP, financial services or web professionals recruitment would be of particular interest. As a group, we encourage fee earners to focus on one or two vertical markets. We will consider applications from IT sales or business development people who have a track record of successfully selling in software, hardware or project management.
We have a grown-up working environment with no micro-management and minimal KPI management. All targets are negotiated with the Group Managing Director, and are attainable. We see these early hires as being future Team Leaders and Managers, and responsibility and the rewards will come early for those who rise to the challenge.
